The service was delightful, especially the receptionist who promptly provided extra towels with a welcoming smile and the friendly housekeeping staff. The location was convenient in the city center, near Johnnie Walker attractions, albeit with occasional maintenance issues impacting comfort. The dining experience was pleasant though marred by the use of condensed milk for cereals. The facilities, however, were lacking in quality, reflecting the need for improvement.
